The studio was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The studio is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
