Situated overlooking beautiful Bristol Harbor in this historic seaside port, this two-bedroom guest suite is on the third* floor of a stately 1805 brick Federal home, with commanding views of the harbor and all Bristol has to offer right outside the door.

Founded in 1680, Bristol has a fascinating history and a wonderful spirit that continues today.

Best known for hosting the oldest continuously-held 4th of July celebration, Bristol features a beautifully preserved and maintained historic district, wonderful shops and restaurants, easy access to the waterfront and numerous public parks.

*Please note, due to location, apartment unfortunately not ideal for guests who cannot climb stairs.

This was a perfect place to stay for my daughter's wedding at the Inn. Water view and walking distance to everything - coffee shops, pubs, shops, etc. I wish I could have stayed longer! Easy check in, roomy, clean apartment, and very responsive and helpful host - would definitely recommend!

Bristol short stay

We had a very relaxing stay in Bristol. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to lots of fantastic restaurants and cute shopsCommunication with the host was excellent and the check in and check out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Bristol

Fantastic spot and great hosts

Loved our short stay. Place has a lot of character, comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, glasses, and coffee. Really appreciated them also supplying creamer for coffee. Also, can’t beat location or view.

Our stay here was great! It was an easy check in process and the apartment was excellent. Exactly what the pictures showed and very roomy. It was the perfect location to downtown Bristol; walking distance to the main shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, delightful experience for a getaway/reunion weekend. Directions and instructions were perfect, apartment was exactly as promised. Loved the ample space and the coziness, so many windows and so much light. Enjoyed the kitchen space to prepare meals and treats. Owner was a delight. Easily walkable to cute downtown. Perfect for a get away!

Bristol is a cute quiet little town with lots to see and enjoy, especially if you like the outdoors. The location and apartment were perfect. Private parking and walking to everything was ideal. Communication with Christy was great, too. We (just husband and I) booked last minute to attend funeral services in RI. She offered to allow us to check in early, and messaging was prompt each time. We would definitely stay again and could bring family as well, as the place is spacious and clean.

Perfect Place for Visiting Bristol

We rented this 2 (huge) bedroom apartment for its proximity to downtown Bristol, the harbor, walking distance to restaurants. It was perfect. Everything we needed. Off-street parking was a plus. It was hot when we stayed so the central air conditioning was sweet. Everything is updated - the bathroom is huge. Our host was accessible and there if we need anything. The apartment is in a historic house which made our stay memorable. Our favorite place to eat was Leo's, just a few minute walk. A quiet neighborhood - perfect for early morning walks. At least 3 coffee places to stop at while out walking too.

This was the perfect stay! We loved the apartment and it was in a very convenient location near the bay, shops, bars and restaurants. Kitchen was adorable, and beds, although a bit squeaky, were very comfortable. Host was very attentive to our needs and questions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Christie’s apartment on Church Street. Christie was so easy to get in touch with. The accommodations were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. Just as pictured in the details. The location was perfect. We had a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was just a few minutes down the road. Loved being so close to the water and having a view .i would love stay again if we were in the area.

Great getaway weekend!

We were visiting Bristol for a wedding and needed a place for 4 adults and our 4-month-old. There was plenty of space for all adults and a pack-and-play. Christie was super responsive and made check-in & -out a breeze. The apartment was exactly as pictured and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

RWU Graduation

Husband and I stayed for graduation weekend and it was perfect. Clean, quaint apartment on the third floor that is in a great location to RWU, downtown restaurants/shops, Harbor Walk and Colts State Park. Communication was exceptional, would stay again.
