Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a pet fee of $40 per stay with an additional $25 per week, over the first week. There is a $40 room cleaning fee charged when you book with an additional $30 per extra weeks. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock and FUBO. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

This was the perfect place for Labor Day weekend. Cindy was a fantastic host, provided so many great recommendations, and very responsive. She even had baked goodies that were waiting for us (and delicious). The hot tub was also perfect to relax in after sightseeing all day. HIGHLY recommend this spot!

We had a good stay. She had a cornbread and fruits for us when we checked in. After the stay, the host is charging us 100 for a registered service dog. After explaining to her that he was a service dog I thought we were OK. She never asked for paperwork acknowledgement which we had. And for inadvertently shutting off the hot tub. The temperature was still at 88ºF. Due to the 100 surcharge will not be returning.

It was very easy to communicate with the host. Everything was just as described. There was fruit and a homemade gifts to enjoy. Relaxing in the hot tub by the marina was a very enjoyable experience.

The host was very nice. She offered some homemade goodies, fruit and homemade bath and body samples. My favorite part was the deck and all the birds that come to her feeders. It was a quiet space and pet friendly.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome and recommended a few different restaurants and markets. We were there for four nights and will probably be back!

This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. It's a blow up thing next to the driveway, but it is there and you are welcome to use it. This is not Chic and modern, it's homey and cozy. Plenty of things to do in a short drive.
