Gîte on the 1st floor of the old cure of the village. Access by outside staircase. Public parking near the house. Bicycle garage / secure cellar. Large living room (living room-kitchen) with cathedral ceiling. 1 walk-in closet. 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed / 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds 90x200cm / 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds). 2 bathrooms (shower) with double washbasin cabinet and electric towel rail. 2 separate toilets. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Wifi internet connection. Washing machine + dryer. Old cure of the village transformed to accommodate on the ground floor the library of the village and on the floor a lodging comfortably fitted out for 10 people. Functional layout and neat decoration delicately combining vintage pieces with furniture with contemporary lines. Pleasant light in the living room with exposed beams. Gîte benefiting from the Accueil Cyclos qualification (storage and cleaning space suitable for cyclists) and Gîte Pêche (possibility of fishing nearby, provision of a fridge, etc.). Gîte located 4.5km from the lakes of St Jean de Chevelu, 18km from Lake Aiguebelette (3rd largest natural lake in France) and Lake Bourget 11km away. Hikes in the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse and in the surrounding countryside. Mountain biking and cycling routes including the Léman-Méditerranée cycle path near Yenne, 5km away. Many nautical activities on the lake of Aiguebelette or Le Bourget, canoe-kayak on the Guiers or the Vieux Rhône. Chambéry 23km away, Capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city "of Art and History".
