LE Sabot DE Venus - Aussois

House comprising the 2 owners' accommodation. Cottage on 3 levels. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with WC and hand basin (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm). 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area opening onto a balcony (1 Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (shower and 2 sinks), separate WC. 3rd floor: mezzanine with space in the living room (2 single beds). Private outdoor space with access from the owners' land. In winter, public parking 50 m. In summer, private parking in front of the cottage. Common room for bikes and skis. House adjoining a local beer brewery and the Maison de l'Artisanat, located in a dead end, shops and services are near the cottage. A free shuttle takes you to the start of the ski slopes in a few minutes. Very nice view of the village from the balcony. Rare privilege in the heart of the village! in summer, a private outdoor space with electric barbecue. Laurent and Audrey, brother and sister, inherited this large house in the heart of the village of Aussois. With great taste and a focus on comfort, they managed to restore a modern, mountain-style feel to this place their grandfather once knew. A new lease of life for this family home!
