Welcome to The Flamingo House on Trotter. This four bedroom/3 bath gem is hidden on a quiet back street in beautiful Sarasota. Our home is central to all Sarasota has to offer yet away from the main roads. A 5 minute drive to Pinecraft (Amish Village) and famous Yoder’s restaurant and 7 miles to Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. We are minutes from 2 kid friendly parks and there’s a walking trail at the end of the street. Also within minutes drive are lots of shopping experiences, restaurants and coffee shops including the Postal 98 Cafe, and Anna Marie’s and Big Olaf’s ( the most popular local ice cream shops.) ONE OF THE MOST FREQUENT COMPLIMENTS FROM OUR GUESTS IS THE SWEET LOCATION OF THIS HOME.

The house has been recently updated with new paint, decor and furnishings. It boasts a family friendly layout complete with smart TV, movies, books, games and toys. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and is complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils. Keurig coffee maker w/k cups are complimentary. There’s a large dining table and bar w/ample seating for your group. The living room has a cozy sectional, recliner rocker and plush chair. This is also where you will find the TV. There are 4 bedrooms w/queen beds and 2 bedrooms have attached baths plus 1 additional bathroom. In the garage is the washer and dryer and xtra refrigerator. There’s also space for parking in the garage and additional parking space in the driveway. A patio outback w/table and chairs are perfect for chillin’ and grillin’. Outback you will also find the fire pit and small fenced in yard.

Awesome Rental

We spent most of our time on the beach, so the location was a little further than anticipated. However the house itself was clean, very homey, lots of games and activities for the family. The renting process was straightforward, fast response from Lena and she checked up on us to see yow things were going and if we needed anything else. Overall a great stay!
