Kitchen-living room-lounge (1 rapido convertible for 2 people in 140x190cm). 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm with memory foam mattress). Shower room (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Pleasant garden with splendid view of the valley. Parking on the property. Ski and bike storage. WIFI internet connection. Domaine des Sybelles 4.5km (les Bottières). Pleasant location at the entrance to the village of Saint-Pancrace. Closed property without vis-à-vis and enjoying an unobstructed view of the valley. South-East / South-West exposure. Quiet private terrace with garden furniture. Good comfort. Village house typical of the valley with an immediate quality environment: greenery and calm for a stay with family or as a couple! Downhill skiing / Domaine des Sybelles at 4.5km. Cross-country skiing at La Toussuire 7 km away. 5 km away, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, labeled City of Art and History and capital of French cycle tourism. Many famous passes nearby. In the heart of the Arvan-Villard massif known for the majestic Aiguilles d'Arves. Many sports and relaxation activities in the surrounding resorts: Le Corbier, La Toussuire... Plan of water equipped and supervised by Villargondran at 8km.
