Ground floor: Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 7 sqm, not heatable and with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Vrsi, district Mulo, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 70 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property and the street in front of the house.

There is no heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception is via antenna, satellite.
