Lakefront Open Water Family Retreat - Colorado Arm of LBJ!

Located on the Colorado River arm of Lake LBJ, this ranch style home is the perfect place to enjoy a lake vacation in a private country setting. Swim, fish, boat or jet-ski on Texas' largest constant level lake or simply relax in the shade of the large waterfront yard.

The boat dock has two boat lifts (1standard, 1 pontoon) and two jet ski/kayak ramps available for guests to use. Water depth gently slopes from 1 foot at the retaining wall to about 12 feet at the end of the dock. Fishing is also excellent!

The 2150 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably. The living room is 15 X 30 with vaulted ceilings with a spectacular views of the lake through floor to ceiling windows.

The large master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed and is equipped with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate 2 guests. Equipped with a bunk bed and a twin with trundle, the third bedroom sleeps 4. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a connecting bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hall near the kitchen.

The home has as fully equipped, recently remodeled kitchen and both an gas grill and wood/charcoal smoking pit!

Great location for extended family

The 3 kids stayed in bunkbeds connected to their parent’s room. They shared a bathroom. Then grandma and grandpa had their own bed and bath. Excellent place to stay!!

Great vacation house

Had a great time for thanksgiving at this property. Plenty of parking outside and the listing is accurate, everyone enjoyed the stay.

Amazing experience

The owner was great to work with and made the process seamless. House was extremely clean and perfect for a weekend get away. Yard, dock and waterfront were all amazing and the check out was a breeeze.

Why they chose this property

The Burnes family rented this home from the previous owner, Bob Bruni, in the summer from 2014-2018 and fell in love with the property! They kept in touch with Mr. Bruni even after purchasing their own home on Lake LBJ in 2018. When Mr. Bruni approached them about purchasing the property, it was a no brainer!
