Gite in the owner's House. Ground floor: kitchen corner lounge (1 convertible 2 p.), 2 bedrooms of which 1 without opening outside (2 beds 1 p. / 1 bed 2 p), s. water (shower). Terrace + garden ended. Ski Hauteluce 1650-Val Joly / les Contamines-Montjoie 2 km Hauteluce / seizures / Espace Diamant 2km, on seizures 12 km. Farm of renovated country located at 2km from the slopes. In the heart of a charming little typical hamlet on the road to the col du Joly. Good comfort. Cosy and warm. Nice patio enclosed landscaped and flowered. Beautiful valley of meadows and forests. Shuttle winter only. Country farm located 4km from Hauteluce 1650/Val Joly/Contamines Montjoie (area with 120 km of slopes) and 5 km from the village of Hauteluce / Les Saisies/Espace Diamant (area with 185 km of slopes). 12km from Les Saisies, a world-renowned Nordic site since the 1992 Olympic Games (120km of cross-country ski trails located on a plateau at an altitude of 1650m). Many activities, sporting, fun, aerial and well-being in all the villages of the massif. Marked trails for mountain biking. For cyclists, famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise or Col du Joly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. Many other hikes to mountain lakes, in the heart of this magnificent and famous region of Beaufortain. Perfect destination for a stay in the country of Mont-Blanc!
