We (family of four, 4 month old, 3 year old, and parents) had a lovely stay in Søndervig. Although this accommodation might not be the most modern or luxurious, it is cosy and it had everything we needed during our week long holiday. Especially having the beach no more than 2 minutes away was very special!

Dreckig und abgenutzt

Leider ist es nicht möglich, sich hier wohlzufühlen. Nachlässig gereinigt, sehr staubig, Oberflächen im Küchenbereich teilweise klebrig, Reste undefinierbarer Substanzen am Waschbecken im Bad. Kellerasseln im Haus, insb. im Bad. Schlafbereich extrem staubig, Bettdecken und Kissen muffig und mit Zigarettenraucharoma - wir haben uns entschlossen, auf dem Schlafsofa zu nächtigen, das ein bisschen weniger dreckig, aber ebenso unbequem wie die Koje war. Auf dem Sofa fanden sich insbesondere auch Tierhaare. Geschirr musste vor erster Benutzung abgewaschen werden. Backofen sehr verschmutzt. Wir haben von unserem ursprünglichen Vorhaben, im Haus zu kochen, lieber abgesehen. Verschmutzter Teppichboden und Fußmatte im Haus, vermutlich länger nicht gründlich gesaugt. Uns begrüßte ein benutztes Heftpflaster auf der Fensterbank am Esstisch. Dessen Verschwinden war der einzige sichtbare Unterschied nach unserer Beschwerde und dem angeblich vorgenommenen Reinigungsversuch durch die Vermietungsfirma. Ein einfaches und älteres Haus hatten wir erwartet. Auch altersbedingte Abnutzungserscheinungen wären in Ordnung gewesen. Der Zustand des Hauses und das Desinteresse der Betreiber/Vermieter/Vermittler-Firma sind hingegen absolut inakzeptabel. Wir werden hier nicht noch einmal mieten.

Mehr Schein als Sein ...

Die Lage des Hauses mitten in den Dünen, die Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum in Sondervig ist sehr gut. Das Haus sieht von außen ganz passabel aus. Bei näherem Hinsehen fällt aber auf , dass einiges zu renovieren wäre, zB. könnte das Holz mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Im Haus selber waren wir erstaunt, wie dreckig alles war !! Wurde das Haus von NOVASOL mal inspiziert bzgl. Sauberkeit? Sicherlich nicht! Der Backofen war schlichtweg nicht zu benutzen, die Gläser, Tassen waren nur unzureichend "sauber", im Bad war die Heizung mehr als träge , mindestens 10 Minuten, bis es einigermaßen warm war. Überall Staub !! Auf den Fensterbänken, Schränken, ... Hier wurde offensichtlich längere Zeit nicht sauber gemacht. Im TV liefen lediglich zwei dänische Sender! Alles in allem Schade... Die gute Lage des Hauses kann den Zustand im Innern des Hauses leider nicht ausgleichen. Wenn NOVASOL das Haus in einen akzeptablen Zustand versetzen würde, könnte man das Häuschen weiterempfehlen, so aber nicht !!

Schöne Häuschen zum entspannen und erholen!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Häuschen verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter über die Düne und das Örtchen ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einfach ein schöne Umgebung um ein wenig ab zu schalten:)
