Nice small hamlet very quiet South hillside overlooking the Valley. Great comfort. Complete equipment of quality. Cosy and Nice. Neat country spirit. Terrace. Beautiful landscaped enclosed outdoor space. Beautiful panoramic view over the Valley and the mountains. Charming cottage 14km from Albertville, the famous Olympic city, a town of art and history, and its medieval town of Conflans. A "city in the mountains" ideally located for exploring various mountain ranges, ski areas, and regions. 18km away, skiing in Flumet, connecting to Espace Diamant (an area with 185km of slopes). Hiking and cycling are available in the surrounding Aravis, Beaufortain, and Bauges Regional Natural Park. 23km from Lake Annecy, the second-largest natural lake in France, nicknamed the "blue lake" for the quality of its waters. A small recreational lake with a leisure center is 5km away. An aquatic and wellness center in Ugine is open year-round. An ideal destination for exploring the region between Savoie and Haute-Savoie!
