About this property

The cottage of 3 elves was completely renovated in the local style, in 2010. It is facing south and offers stunning views of the Tournette (2351m), the Sulens (1839m) and north on Mount Lachat (2023m).
Ideally located to spend sporting or relaxing holidays, in a beautiful setting, in love, with family or friends with all the comforts necessary to leave with unforgettable memories.

It includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar area, open to a dining area. From this room you can access directly to the terrace.
It also includes a lounge, a bathroom and upstairs, on the mezzanine, you can relax in a sleeping area under the roof, bright and warm with a double bed under velux and 2 single beds.

Possibility of short stay (min 2 nights) in average and low season for 95 € per night.

Thones est un endroit très agréable et bien placé. Le chalet et son emplacement le sont tout autant ainsi que les propriétaires 😉 Nous avons adorés nos vacances entre randonnées, visites (Annecy, château de Menthon…).

Exceptionnel, chalet super bien situé, propre et très pratique

Après un contact très agréable et étant très disponible, des explications pour la prise en main, le chalet nous a été mis à disposition avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Extrêmement bien situé à tout point de vue (commerces locals, Annecy, Le Grand Bornand, LA CLUSAZ, les gorges du FIER, etc... nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire et reviendrons. Rien ne manque, tout y est. Propre, équipé, bien situé, bien conçu, ce chalet mérite à être connu. Merci aux propriétaires et à leur gentillesse, jamais intrusif, discret et compétent.

Super châlet bien situé sur Thones, très pratique, chaleureux. Rien à dire ! la vue côté jardin est top. La propreté est irréprochable. Propriétaires disponibles et très sympathiques. Si nous devions revenir dans le coin, nous n’hésiterions pas à le réserver de nouveau.

Cela fait 3 ans que nous louons ce chalet avec tout le confort nécessaire. Très bien situé,au calme avec tous les commerces à proximité. Le chalet est d une propreté irréprochable et les propriétaires d une grande gentillesse.
