Cross-country ski the seizures 12 km (possible access by chairlift from Crest-Voland to 3km). Pool and rink seizures 12km. Body of water with leisure Flumet 4 km. Cottage country located 50 m run of the vast ski area space diamond. Quiet residential area at the foot of the slopes in the heart of a charming village family resort. Very good comfort. Warm contemporary Mountain stamp. Lots of charm. Very cosy. Sheltered balcony-terrace. Nice laid out common ground. Superb panoramic view of the Aravis massif. Shops and services on-site. Charming cottage ideally located at the foot of the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area, in the heart of a lovely family-friendly village resort. The La Giettaz/Evasion-Mont-Blanc ski area is 12km away. Also 12km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its world-renowned Nordic cross-country skiing area (accessible by chairlift from Crest-Voland, 3km away). Close to the famous resorts of Megève (12km), La Clusaz (23km) and Chamonix (35km). Ideally situated for exploring the region – both winter and summer – by skiing, hiking or cycling across various areas, mountain ranges and ski areas (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis, Mont-Blanc...). Pleasant landscaped grounds (a rarity in the mountains!). An ideal destination in the Mont Blanc region!
