Entertainment center includes a 55" smart tv, blu-ray player, games, books and more. New, memory foam mattresses in each bedroom will have you sleeping like a baby! If you like to cook, you will find new major appliances, many small appliances, gadgets and a backyard bbq! The perfect get away for two!

Another comfortable stay

My wife and I are regulars here while we build a new home. Our stays are always comfortable in this well appointed home. Communication with the owners always goes smoothly and they are willing to help with additional needs.

Everything you need

This property was clean, kitchen supplied with lots of great small appliances, neighbors are quiet, within walking distance to downtown, great Farmers Market on Wednesday. Unfortunately we didn't get to use our gift from the Ladies, we ran out of time.

Keeps getting better!

We have stayed here several times. A comfortable and well equipped home away from home. Recent small improvements made it even nicer. Good backyard for our two labradoodles. Convenient to good restaurants and the coast.

Super cute and relaxing!

After staying in hotels most of our trip this was an amazing place to relax. We cooked and grilled outdoors. Our dogs loved the yard. The shops downtown we great the cove beaches peaceful. Highly recommend this adorable house!

Very comfortable well supplied

This was our second stay and we plan to come back. Comfortable, clean with lots of extras. The small backyard was just right for our dogs to romp. Well appointed kitchen.

Cozy coastal getaway!

Choose the house for our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The weather was beautiful, much nicer than the forecast. Charming, adorable little house.

Raintree Cottage June 11-16/22

We loved Raintree Cottage! It was very comfortable and had everything we could need in a vacation home. The home was incredibly clean and impeccably decorated. It was close to downtown Coos Bay and to grocery stores and was a great base for walking and hiking expeditions. The back yard was spacious; a great place to hang out for us and our dog. Teresa and Jim were helpful and very friendly. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back some time.

Highly recommend this coastal getaway cottage!

Everything was super clean and it was such a pleasure to stay in this cute little cottage. It had the best of everything! Quality dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and any kind of convenience appliance you might need. I would give them 5 stars on everything...It was a perfect place to have as our base camp as we did day trips up and down the coast. We even got to the Redwoods! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Comfortable and better than home!

Wow, this was the most well-appointed rental we've ever visited. Every detail was attended to, from the coasters at the bedside to the pens and office supplies in the desk to the spices in the kitchen. We visited with our dog for a week and the three of us were super-comfortable. We ate almost all of our meals in the house, though of course we had to get some local fish and chips. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare every meal, the dining area had a big table for crafts and puzzles, and after beach days we reclined in the super-comfortable sofa/recliner. I worked for a few days and the internet was fast and reliable. I highly recommend Rain Cottage!

This is a sweet beach cottage. The host was extremely thoughtful in furnishings with well coordinated furniture and a breezy easy vibe to it.

Cozy get away

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! Highly recommend it! It felt like I stayed at a family home, the hosts were incredibly kind, hospitable, responsive, and helpful. Prob the best rental experience I’ve had, the hosts use to run a bed and breakfast and those small and kind gestures made the trip! Honestly this home and it’s amenities are better than mine! Everything was in perfect working order and we enjoyed everything about this gem. We definitely plan to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Raintree Cottage is a step above the rest. Built in 1925! If these solid walls could talk... we’ve worked hard on a complete facelift - this cottage has fresh paint inside and out, all new furnishings, electrical fixtures and switch plates throughout. Our style is timeless modern. Modern amenities with timeless decorations. All artwork on the walls are from local photographers. After all, where else would you look for coastal scenes!

What makes this property unique

Dogs are the only animals allowed at Raintree Cottage and must be approved prior to booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Do not leave Fido at home alone. If you bring Fido on vacation, you must take him with you when you leave Raintree Cottage each day. There are doggy day care options in town if you need to leave Fido alone for any reason. Be sure to bring your dog bed so Fido feels at home. We charge a non-refundable $25 per dog fee (per week) for additional cleaning. Please clean up after your pet. We charge a $100 deposit per dog, completely refundable if no
damage is done and the yard is free of pet waste. We have a fenced in back yard, but cannot guarantee your pet will not escape.
