4 bedroom awesome home in Golubovo

This house is located in the small village of Golubovo, near the small town of Fazana and the island of Brijuni. It is very modern and luxuriously furnished and has a beautiful private garden with terrace and pool. Enjoy beautiful sunny hours on the sun loungers, or browse your favorite book in the shade of the umbrella. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, toilet and a large fireplace. On the second floor are the bedrooms with bathrooms. In bedroom 2 a fireplace awaits you. Table tennis is available for active vacationers. By car you can reach the village Barbariga, where you can swim and splash on the beautiful pebble beach with your children. You can also visit the Brijuni National Park. Here you can find, among other things, a safari park and a golf course. Furthermore, various Roman excavations can be visited. Only about 8 km away is the city of Pula, Istria's largest city, which offers numerous activity options, cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as a varied nightlife.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern und 2 Terrassen und.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern und 2 Terrassen und..... Die Kinder haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Gelegen ist das Haus in einer kleinen Häusersiedlung unweit von Vodnjan. Mit dem Auto ist man in 12min am Strand oder in Vodnjan oder in 30 Minuten In Rovinji. Die Eigentümerin wohnt über die Straße und war immer ansprechbar. W-lan ist vorhanden aber man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten. Gerne wieder.
