Diese Haus ist der absolute Traum und hat den Ausdruck Villa in vollem Umfang verdient.Es ist top ausgestattet super Garten und Pool das Billard Hans und die tischtennisplatte direkt im Garten ist eine weitere Möglichkeit sich einfach zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen .Der Garten ist komplett mit einer Mauer umgeben und für Hundehalter ist es traumhaft.Außerhalb vom Haus hat es noch ein Netz wo man Federball oder Volleyball spielen kann.Die Besitzer sind jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfbereit. Einfach super .

An incedilbe villa

We had an amazing time. Everything in this house is just incedible and at the arive, we had a warm welcome with a delicious plate of local food waiting for us. The bedrooms are realy big and perfectly clean. The pool has a decent size and easily enough space for 3-4 people to cool of. Some bigger Citys are realy close to reach with a car and the restaurants around have incedible food. After all we had a great week and we will definitly consider coming back in the future.

A wonderful place to stay

We (2 adults and 2 kids, 15,12 yrs old) are just back from a great vacation in Villa Miramar. We have been booking villas throughout Europe and the US for many years and this is probably the nicest one we have ever stayed it. The owner Mauro could not have been more helpful and had a lovely welcome gift of local produce for us when we arrived. The pictures do not do justice to how large all the rooms are, the kids loved having king size beds to themselves with their own en-suites. Overall the villa comes with every mod con you will need for a great holiday, down to first aid and sewing kits !! We made great use of the covered barbecue area and the separate games room was also a huge hit. It got a lot of use as the weather was particularly warm during our trip and the games room was also air conditioned. Overall, we could not recommend the villa highly enough and we hope to be back in the near future. Staying in Vodnjan, you would definitely need a car. We found the local town of Vodnjan to be a little quiet with no real activities for the kids. However the village does have a large supermarket and has two good restaurants if you want to eat locally. But the villa is only 10km from Pula and 30km from Rovinj both of which have great restaurants and are well worth visiting for the local sights. The local beaches are also only a 5 min drive away. We also had a great day at the brilliant Istralandia water park, it is about a 40min drive from the villa and its one of the best water parks we have ever visited.
