Newer, well-furnished vacation home on high, landscaped garden plot in quiet surroundings, which is very suitable for families with children. From the house and the terrace you can enjoy the sea view of the Little Belt. The house is cozily furnished with comfortable furniture.

The region has a beautiful nature with large forest areas, pastures and beaches. An optimal place for a vacation with children.

There are also opportunities for a rich entertainment program, because Legoland, Legohouse and the Lion Park are less than 1 hour drive away.

Huset kunne godt bruge en ny kaffemaskine. Måtte afkalke den mén stadigvæk meget langsom og kaffen er ikke ordentlig varm. Rengøringen af badeværelsegulv var ikke ok. Meget kalk og skidt i fuger. Men dejlig hus og en god udsigt. 6 stole udenfor men kun 4 hynder.

Das positive zuerst: die Lage des Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, großes Grundstück u. die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das war’s dann aber auch schon. Das Haus ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kaminofen wird nur noch von Hoffnung zusammen gehalten, stark verrostet u. die Schamottesteine sind zerbrochen u. in Teilen im Ofen gelagert. Das Badezimmer kultiviert einige Algen- u.Schimmelkolonien, die dringend entfernt gehören. Generell gehört das Bad dringend gereinigt, ein Hochdruckreiniger wäre angemessen. Der Boiler hat bei uns gute Dienste geleistet u. heißes Wasser geliefert. Die Dusche u. das Duschwasser riechen allerdings immer merkwürdig. Es gibt nur StromHeizungen. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen, genau wie die Stühle am Esstisch. Das Leder ist an einigen Stellen schon beschädigt. Die Betten gehören allesamt komplett ausgetauscht. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen u. mit vielen Flecken überseht. Gelbe Flecken u. Blutflecken sind an der Tagesordnung, auch bei den Bettdecken und Kissen. Das ganze Haus riecht sehr muffig u. ist vermutlich schon längere Zeit feucht gewesen. Spannend ist der Pilzbewuchs an der Wand hinter dem Sofa. Die Terrasse um das Haus ist schön, aber leider auch kaputt. Das Geländer, die beworbenen Umzäunung, ist an vielen Stellen defekt u. gehört renoviert. Die Holzbalken werden zu einer gefährlichen Rutschpartie wenn sie feucht sind. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig u. die Jalousien teilweise defekt. Der Zustand des Hauses scheint keinen zu interessieren.
