This beautiful and well appointed apartment is located in the very center of Spring Green in an historic building built in 1909. High ceilings and big windows give this cozy apartment a wonderful light and airy feel. Double pane windows keep it nice and quiet.

Walk out the front door and you'll find yourself within steps of shopping, restaurants, bars and live music. The municipal golf course and swimming pool are just a short walk away and the Wisconsin River, American Players Theatre and Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin are less than a 10 minute drive (or within biking distance if you prefer).

The apartment features a kitchenette with an island for dining, a living room with large screen television and two bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a king sized bed and a smaller adjacent bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled soaking tub with shower. Perfect for a couple or a family of three or four.

Perfect location to visit Spring Green

Lovely accommodations, walked to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Host was communicative and easy to get ahold of.

As promised, cleaner and updated. Great bathroom.

The floor plan is a little tricky if you have kids as you have to walk through bedroom with bunk beds to get to bathroom. We just had one couple in shared room, so, no biggie. Great location!

We are longtime residents of Spring Green who run a small internet company, we purchased this wonderful old building to have as an office and remodeled the upstairs apartment ourselves.

Why they chose this property

This is the most beautiful and most central apartment you’ll find in downtown Spring Green, mere steps from bars and restaurants, lovely shops and a fabulous independent book store. Easy access to the Wisconsin river by bike or car, very close to the many attractions of this area.
