2 Bedroom, (3 beds, one in a common area) 2 bath, remodeled barn home.

Pearl Acres is located on the out skirts of Walla Walla with 5 of the top Wineries within 1 mile. At Pearl Acres you will find an array of animals located on the property. You can fish at two rivers within walking distance, watch the turkey and deer out in the front pasture and sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the view. You can enjoy a walk to the Historic Whitman Mission and view the best sunsets in the valley.

Pearl Acres is a ranch setting, with your backdoor opening into a barn. Out in the barn you will be greeted by horses that love to eat the treats you feed them!

The home is a remodeled barn that boasts 2 full bedrooms and two large baths. Washer/dryer, office space with a sit stand computer desk, hand made bar and décor. You will be provided fluffy towels, clean bedding, and hopefully everything that you need to be comfortable!

Home accommodates two couples comfortably and up to six guests.

Brand new appliances, TV, WIFI, and outdoor patio set. Large dining room table sits up to 6 people.

We are dog friendly and have a small, fenced area for your pup to safely stay. There is a $50 per dog fee (two dogs max unless prior approval) that will be sent to you after reservations have been made. This is per stay not per night. All dogs must be kenneled if you are not with them at the property. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning fee necessary associated with your pet. This getaway to a working horse farm in the middle of wine country was delightful. Our hosts were friendly but not "hovering" and Brooke's homemade "welcome" cookies were the absolute BEST I've ever had. We will be back. :)

The Pearl Acres Farmhouse is a great property. The main floor kitchen/living/bathroom is well appointed in the necessities for a weekend stay. The bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs were very comfortable. The horses in the attached stables were friendly and loved the attention...the same is true of the dogs who host the property.This is a rental we will certainly try to grab again for our bi-annual wine trips to Walla Walla.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Pearl Acres Farmhouse. All communication and instructions were extremely clear. Our hosts Brooke and Dale (along with their wonderful dogs) greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even let us borrow a pie plate and rolling pin and shared fresh tomatoes and peaches with us! Great location to explore the Walla Walla area and to enjoy the local vineyards. Oh, loved meeting their horses too! Would plan another trip to Walla Walla just to stay at Pearl Acres again!

close in country getaway

great property in the country but close to the city, easy 10 minute drive into town and convenient to west side and south side wineries. Great hosts, very accomodating, sweet dogs and horses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Perfect Pooch Place

In Walla Walla for our niece’s wedding and had a wonderful stay at Pearl Acres on a working farm. Loved the accommodations and how welcoming it was for our dog. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus! And the humans really enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and cookies! Nice touches everywhere… would stay here again.

Cozy Barn Apartment in beautiful Wine Country

The owner Brooke was so nice and she greeted us with a welcoming smile and a bottle of vino (doesn’t get much better)! The apartment was cute and very clean. It was located it beautiful horse and wine country which made for great morning strolls on back country roads. We really enjoyed our stay!
