GetNauti.rentals offers this bright and inviting beach house. Both sides of a duplex with an internal adjoining door featuring 2890 sqft, this home offers a wide open social floor plan that combines the kitchen, eating, and living spaces into one great room. Perfect for a family or multiple families to enjoy a relaxing time together.
Upstairs hosts the 6 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with direct deck access and 2 with a private bathroom. Even though you’re not ocean front, you still have wonderful views of the ocean.
Unlike other rentals we include amenities to help you enjoy your time without the added costs. We include linens, towels, and beach activities. Stuck with a rainy day or had too much sun, grab one of the family games to keep everyone off their phones. If they have to be in their phones or tablets, WiFi is included.
Boss said you could remote work? Then do it here! We provide internet at 400+ Mbps from Spectrum with Google Wifi throughout the house with so they might even think your working faster than usual.
Beach access is close and our private outside showers are available to help you not take too much of the beach home with you.
Our goal is for you to love your vacation and start planning your return.

If you require a service animal, we fully respect the job they do. We won’t discriminate but we hope you will check with pet friendly homes first. Our daughter is currently on allergy shots and my father is also highly allergic. We try to enjoy the home too so please understand our side in this. There are pet friendly options but we don’t have allergy options. Thank you!

Beach week

The house was well stocked with kitchen items even sugar and spices, tin foil, coffee pods. Plenty of towels and detergent, bikes and beach toys and games were available. We had a very relaxing week at the beach

We love Holden Beach but can't spend all of our time here so we purchased this place to share with you. So if the week you want is booked, it might be us and we apologize. But pick another week as we know you'll love our house and Holden Beach just as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property provides plenty of space, wonderful views, great amenities, and memories you'll want to repeat. We like that it is just close enough to the beach but allows privacy. Its not on the canal but that's a benefit after we saw the flooding and cars damaged from Iasias.

What makes this property unique

Not sure how long it will last but it's nice having a home with an empty lot next door. Not that it is unique, but the multiple decks allow for relaxing views to include some of the ocean. We also offer amenities that others leave out or charge you for.
