Great house, perfect for our party of 15. Pool and floors could have been a bit cleaner but all in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Awesome Ocean Isle retreat

My family and I had an amazing stay at Sunny Daze. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen was nicely appointed, we had plenty of bath towels and starter toiletries, and the location is perfect. We highly recommend this propeey.

Awesome House

The house was perfect for the 14 people in my family who stayed during Christmas week. The private bedrooms and bathrooms provided the right amount of space to be together and apart.

Great OIB home

Love the room set up, enough for all adult couples and teens with their own bedrooms and bathrooms, plus separatehang out spots. Greatvling table that accommodated 14 adults, although 2 sat in higher chairs but at least we could all sit together as families for meals! Great large pool, outside fridge a nice, well needed bonus. Very close walk to the Beach access. Loved this house. Too bad price went up $3K for the same time the following year or we'd rent it again.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful feedback, Julie! We're thrilled to hear that you loved the room setup, dining table, pool, outside fridge, and the convenient proximity to the beach. It sounds like you truly enjoyed your stay, and we’re so glad to have been part of your experience. We completely understand your concerns about the price increase for the same time next year. We strive to offer competitive rates while balancing the costs of maintaining our homes and providing exceptional service. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope that despite this, we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Kathy, thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience. We're sorry you felt the outside deck could use more tables and chairs and we shared your comments with the local team. We hope that despite this, you enjoyed your family time and will stay with us again on your next getaway.

Ocean Isle 23

Pleasant house, large pool, and in a great location near the beach. Would love to return but since we’ve been going during covid, unfortunately prices are now double/almost triple compared to 2020. Family of 10 adults and 2 children, had plenty of space for all of us. My only issue was the communication with Vacasa, I would prefer to rent directly with an owner but a very minor issue.

Great location and plenty of room for 10+.

We had an awesome time at Ocean Isle Beach! The house was roomy enough to accommodate 5+ couples. The pool is nice with a great pool bar, outdoor tv, and beer fridge in the garage. The elevator is handy for carrying luggage and groceries up to the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances, dishes and utensils you could possibly need. You can easily access the beach just a couple blocks from the house. There are beach chairs, floats, toys, and wagon for the beach in the garage. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within a 5 min drive. We really enjoyed the stay!
