It features an attractive 65 m² living room, a semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a 1,400 m² unoverlooked garden. The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A 65 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa bed, sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower room
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: two single beds and 1 crib with en-suite shower room
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd cot.

- A 9 x 4 m swimming pool (private, heated), open only from April to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual).
