La Villa Kudeta We had great time for two weeks. The house has lots of natural light. Kitchen is well-equipped. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and have comfortable beds. Pool is clean and decently big. My only wish is that we didn't have to deal with mosquitoes. Would love to be back.

Enjoyable stay

Really loved the garden - pool was a real plus for our teenagers. Inflatables were a nice surprise. House was clean well equipped and comfortable. Recommend local restaurant Chez Louis To access Bordeaux park up at Bouliac by church and get 25 bus nr new Artisan Boulangerie which is amazing. We enjoyed our trips to Bordeaux both daytime and evening- get the TBM app for transport. House is beautiful and well kept. Barbecue was great Nice and quiet area - we had a small dog and there is a guard dog next door who was noisy at first but was fine once we settled in. Take mosquito repellent! Host quick to respond to any issues we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

La Villa Kudeta The property had some nice features but there were a few frustrating elements. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom inexplicably has no toilet. The AC unit on the upper floor was placed in one of the bedrooms, so it required having all the doors open to get any air flow, meaning no privacy for any of the 3 individual bedrooms. And finally, we came in summer and the mosquitoes were unbearable. We couldn’t use the pool and outdoor patio area because of how many there were.
