Outstanding Apartment

I highly recommended this rental. The apartment is a great size for a family of four. It was super clean when we got there. Communications was fluid and responsive. The location is not in the city center, but has easy access to bus or subway. I would definitely recommend this rental to any family.

Nice place but needs AC for summer visits

Owners were great! Very pleasant to dwal with and communicated well. However, 2 things would keep me from reenting again. Forstly, there is no AC. The first night we slept with our balcony doors open to get air but we got bitten up by mosquitos. A fan was provided but it wasnt sufficient. Secondly, the mattresses were all too hard. A few othe points. The upstairs shower was too small for my kids so we all used the downstairs shower. The beds were too short for my adult kids also. Nice quiet location away from the city noise. Again, the owners meant well but it doesn't work for this American.

Dear Himanshu, Thanks for your comments but to stay fully factual the second and third bedroom have 6.5ft long beds, I am 6.3ft and consider them very comfortable; the second bathroom is 5square meter wide. All bedrooms have different mattresses, some are softer than others but they cannot be considered all hard. A/C is however a good point although the description clearly highlighted the infrastructure so this should not have come as a surprise to you, nevertheless we are considering the installation now. Please do note that the discounted price you paid accounted for the fact that there was no A/C. The duplex is fully renovated. We have amazing views with terraces in a very quiet and safe area, the price is a bargain. We are sorry we could not meet your expectations, we however wish you the best for your future trips to Paris. Blessings,
