It's a beautiful 1,100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. Brand new furniture, granite counter tops and tiled backsplashes, all new black stainless-steel appliances, and a kitchen island that opens up to the great room. The front deck off the living area is a great spot to relax after spending the day at the beach. With parking at a premium in this ideal location, the home offers 2 off-street parking spaces, one in the garage and one behind the garage. Just park your cars and enjoy the benefits of being steps from everything: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, amusements, and more.

Wonderful Location

We had a week long stay and it was just wonderful. The first floor unit is a breeze to get into and the condo was clean and roomy. We didn’t need to take our car out once. The condo is located steps from the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great Location

Nice house in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. Loved having off street parking. The garage was a plus. The hosts were attentive and friendly. Very easy to get into and out of with a stroller being on the first floor which is a plus for me. They had a beach cart, a few boogie boards, chairs, and beach tags for our use during the stay. We had a great time there.
