A large front porch welcomes you to a gorgeous updated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath summer home! Located in the North End of the island on Ocean Avenue, just 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 3 blocks to the wonderful downtown shopping district on Asbury Avenue! The spacious front porch is a private spot where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, enjoy a meal al fresco or steal an afternoon nap! Upon opening the front door, a large open concept great room-kitchen greets you! A new custom kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertop and luxury appliances fully stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glassware, cookware and bakeware! The dining table accommodates 8 comfortably with two additional seats at the kitchen island. Non-metered street parking and a one car garage behind the house with additional parking in the driveway allows you to park your car(s) and walk everywhere! Bring your bikes to explore the island and bike ride on the boardwalk every morning! Tennis courts are located 1/2 block away. A golf course is also on the island as well as pickle ball courts! Everything you will need for your summer vacation is included in your stay — 8 beach tags (children under 12 do not need a tag), 4 beach chairs, beach cooler with wheels, WiFi, central AC, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the great room. An amazing game closet filled with old classic board games, new family games, cards, puzzles and beach reads! Two (2) Smart HDTV’s (great room & master suite) and three (3) additional tv’s in each bedroom. Comcast Xfinity Premium cable provided. A full laundry room with new top loading washer & dryer. A cabana bathroom on the lower level to use to shower after a day on the beach! If you need to work remotely, you will enjoy the stand-up work station and upgraded fast internet! NEW FOR 2024: no need to pack sheets or bath towels! Linens will be provided for your stay by South Jersey Linens. Fresh linens will be delivered upon your arrival! On check-out day, simply put the used linens into the bin that was provided and leave on the front porch! South Jersey Linens will pick up. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available to rent on the beach if you need them. I guarantee you’ll have an enjoyable stay and you’ll make wonderful lasting memories in Ocean City, NJ voted “Best NJ Beach” and “Best Beach in the Northeast” in 2023!

Great time in Ocean city NJ

We had a terrific time renting this house for the week. Location was less than a 10 min walk to the beach. The house was in beautiful shape. The kitchen is almost brand new, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the owner communicates VERY well. The huge front porch is so convenient, especially in the evenings. There were absolutely no problems. We would love to return!!

Perfect getaway

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The home is very clean and updated, and was located just a short walk to an amazing amusement park that was perfect for my 2 year old. Donna was the best host and was easily accessible at all times. An added bonus, Delicious tacos a few doors down!

Everything Is Right

The weather was near perfect. The location is excellent, just 2 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Our daughters, their husbands and 4 children stayed at Donna's. The property is immaculate. The configuration of the great room, kitchen and dining area and the nicely furnished porch made for a nice area for our four grandchildren when we weren't at the beach, boardwalk, or nearby downtown. The bedrooms were furnished to allow for a pretty flexible "who is going to sleep where. Donna was very accommodating and provided great information on local activities. Also, the Ocean City farmers market is only 2 blocks away on Wednesday mornings. It is unbelievable with everything from fruits and veggies to seafood and baked goods as well as arts and crafts.

Family Vacation

This was my first time renting a vacation property. The owner, Donna, was so courteous, patient and prompt with me and my multiple questions, both by text and phone. She gave me so much information about Ocean City, and thus set the stage for a wonderful family stay. The house itself was perfect for our family. Hal and I, who were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, had the master suite, our married children had the 2 queen rooms and our grands, Samantha and Evan shared the twin room. The house was pristine and everything was available and in great condition. The new kitchen was gorgeous. I would not hesitate renting this property again. And thank you, Donna, for your help. Lovely vacation
