Dune formations, the wide white sandy beach of the North Sea and large nature reserves invite you to take walks and hikes in any season. Visit the nature and bird reserve 'Vejlerne' and enjoy numerous observation towers and 'hiding places' of the rich bird life. Here you look down on the highest escarpment inland, the old coastline Lien and 'Fosdalen'. A little north of Blokhus is Fårup Sommerland, a great vacation experience of the children. A MTB track and good restaurants can be found nearby.
