Located in the tranquil and picturesque neighborhood of Acqua Court, this 1284 Sq. ft, 3rd floor Celiana corner unit is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan. The unique layout offers 2 beds/2 baths, plus a den, with windows on all three sides beckoning and abundance of sunlight. You may reach the unit by stairs or by elevator. Your home away from home comes with basic cable, WIFI, flat screen TVs, and in-house laundry. You are also just steps away from the Acqua Community pool and gas grills. Your vacation includes a Treviso Bay Golf and Social Membership which includes an abundance of resort style amenities including a lagoon style resort pool, professional tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce, lap pools, fitness center, aerobics, Pilates studio, and 64,000 square foot private club house that includes fine dining, and spa services.

** Please note that the property must be rented for 30 day (monthly) increments.
** $650 Club fee is the combined golf/social membership transfer fee ($250 for Golf) ($400 for Social). Should renter decide to bypass the golf privilege and utilize social membership, the transfer fee is $400.00 (1 month) $500 (2 months) $600 (3 months)
** Before booking is accepted and confirmed, the renter must sign a rental agreement and provide state issued photo id.

Excellent location between Naples and Marco Island. Condo was wonderful. Has everything you could possible need for an extended stay. Communication with owner was excellent. TB like staying at a resort.

Lovely unit in a great community!

Just finished 2 months in this clean, light and airy condo at Treviso Bay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working order. Great, friendly community with lots of activities. My husband was able to golf; I played Pickleball daily. Condo is located right across from the grills and community pool. Maureen, the unit owner, is responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to do it again!

Treviso Bat Condo

The condo is lovely and location is very good. . We loved the convenience of dining in Treviso Bay restaurants. The food is very good! The community makes a stellar effort at maintenance. The Christmas decorations are fantastic! We recommend this property wholeheartedly.
