Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.
