Great location. The condo was very nice and easy to get to everything quick. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress, bedding update for both bedrooms. Our trip was a Thanksgiving get away!

Had a wonderful time condo was clean and comfortable only concern the late check we waited for and 1 hour to get checked in communication was terrible definitely will not be book again with resort vacation properties

The only minor complaints I would have is that all the TV'S were hard to figure out with too many remotes, the beds were old and not very comfortable, and the kitchen trash can was very small with only one extra small bag. With guests being expected to dispose of all trash on the property, it would be expected to leave full size trash bags. Overall, very nice place to stay for a great price!

The facility is located in a nice, convenient area of PF. You can be pretty much anywhere in town within just a few minutes, depending on traffic of course. Plus, you are only 10-15 minutes from Gatlinburg as well. One thing that we did experience this time that we have not experienced before, the geese that like to hangout there seemed to be more vocal at night than any of our previous visits. They did keep us awake at night, as this condo is right on the Pigeon river. Hey, they are geese, geese enjoy the river, it's part of the gig. We had just never experienced them 'partying' like that during the night/early morning hours like that in our previous stays.

Pictures do not do this unit justice!

Spacious and clean. Nice decor. Central location. We stayed on 7th floor and elevator wait was never over a couple of minutes. Use Teaster Rd to avoid Parkway traffic. Walking distance to Dixie Stampede. I am very picky and I highly recommend.

The condo was clean and ready for our use. Two things that could use some improvement: The kitchen was very sparse in it's dishes, silverware & cookware. We couldn't use the dishwasher because we had to wash our dishes/utensils after each use to have it on hand for a second serving. Secondly, the TV's were not "user friendly". The instructions left by the management weren't accurate, and we didn't dare use the DVD for fear of messing up the TV (once the maintenance man came to help up get things going). We never could get the TV in the small bedroom to change channels. And if the TV in the master bedroom was turned off, we took a chance of it not coming back on. Perhaps easier instructions or method of use could be worked out. It was truly confusing. We loved the 7th floor views and balcony. The two recliner sofas was great for our group of 2 couples. Overall -- a nice stay and we would highly recommend it's use for others. Your company was great to work with! When we return to the Smokey Mtns we'll definitely consider your properties to help us with our reservations. Thank you for good service! :-)

Great Rental

The condo was a great size for a family of 4. In our 7th floor unit we could see the mountains out our front door. From the balcony we could look over the Little Pigeon River and the golf course. At night we could watch the fireworks from Dollywood. We loved our unit #703. We enjoyed the location. It has easy access to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and also to the Gatlinburg bypass to enter the Smokey Mountain National Park.

The location of the complex is really good, as you can be anywhere in Pigeon Forge in a matter of minutes and you can be in Gatlinburg in 10 minutes or so, depending on traffic of course.
