Fall getaway

The condo was as described. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is close enough to Garlinburg that the drive was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this condo!

However, the property managers clearly state in advance the check in time is at 4 but is NOT GUARANTEED. While we did read that in advance we didn't expect to be as far behind as they were. The property manager gave us a credit before we ever expressed any dissatisfaction which was appreciated. Overall, we would stay here again but would plan a much later check in to avoid waiting around at the property.

Location was great. Had issue with water seeping out of floor in a bedroom.

The floor in one of the bedrooms had water seeping through the floor tiles. Could not get it to stop. Had to use several towels to even walk around. Other then that it was great.

Want a getaway

1st week in Nov. trip. Very nice property and location near the mountain end of Pigeon Forge. It worked real nice for my wife who is handicapped. Plenty of recliners for everyone. Will stay here again next year!

The staff was very nice and helpful with assisting us in finding the perfect condo. The unit was very clean and updated. The location was wonderful. We loved that it was close to parkway. The beds were comfortable and the pullout couch was good for my teenage boys. We would definitely stay in this unit again and I would recommend Resort Properties to my friends.

Reviewer Comments: Because of the concerns over Covid-19, I called the week prior to our trip and spoke with Jenny about what was currently open, any restrictions, etc. She was very patient with all my questions and was very helpful. The condo was "as advertised" and fit our needs great! Our Granddaughters enjoyed the lazy river and the free movies. Our truck had problems while we were there and the staff tried very hard to suggest options to help if we needed a place to stay while the repairs were being made. We knew in advance our condo didn't have a good mountain view but the nightly fireworks were a very enjoyable surprise! Good location, we plan to stay there again.

This 1st floor unit is very easy to access, my 87 year old mother-in-law was able to move to the unit from car to unit with ease. The only item I would comment on is the tub in the Master bedroom isn't easily accessible for handicap person, however My mother-in-law was able to use the extra bathroom with ease. Would definitely stay her again.
