Located in the Proximity Park historic district of Grove Park, this gorgeous home features hardwood floors throughout, large windows, a sleek, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, stone counters, custom cabinets, and oversized island.
First primary with en-suite on main floor, second primary with sitting room on second floor.
All the convenience of staying in town, with all the mountain's natural beauty.
People come to Asheville year-round to enjoy our weather. It's all four seasons, but gently. That's why we just completed adding 1200 sq ft of outdoor living space. After a day hiking the nearby trails or exploring downtown, enjoy the evening by the fire pit.
Grove Park is hands-down the nicest neighborhood in Asheville, with treelined sidewalks, stacked stone walls, and manicured gardens framing its varied architectural styles. Edgemont Rd lies in the heart of this historic district. Within walking distance to Omni Grove Park Resort, City Bakery, Luella's BBQ, Taco Temple, and three city parks
