This condo is conveniently located to many restaurants in downtown Asheville. The condo itself is clean, updated and very comfortable. Great place to stay in Asheville!
The property was perfect. Had everything we needed for a guys golf trip weekend. As great as the property was, the location is even better. When you stay here, you are within walking distance to nearly everything. We had a great time and will seek to book this property again for our trips in the future!

fantastic place to stay in Asheville. We were concerned about noise from bar next door based on previous reviews, but even on new year's eve we didn't hear a thing. Place was clean and very well stocked. would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We so enjoyed our weekend in Asheville. There was tons of room for 6 of us, and we walked everywhere - for coffee and pastries in the morning, breweries in the afternoon and restaurants at night. Great condo on a quiet street in the middle of it all!
Property is in a perfect location, short walk to everything. We had trouble locating extra linens and Kelli personally stopped by to make sure everything was good. Our party was 6 adults and it was an extremely comfortable space
This is the second time we stayed here. The location is unbeatable (there are dozens if not hundreds of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk), and the fact that our two families could go back and forth between this unit and the one next door meant that it was easy to coordinate meals and games. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Asheville.
