Tout à fait cohérent avec l'idée qu'on s'en faisait . Mais pas très bien équipé côté cuisine (poêle très petite, pas de faitout, couteaux peu efficaces (le seul correct avait le bout cassé..) , pasde vrai égouttoir poir les pâtes (par exemple) et le balcon ( très exigu) n'était pas bien propre (grosses toiles d'araignées) .. Les boiseries (portes et portes fenêtres) sont un peu déformées et ferment mal .. la porte du balcon ne peut pas bien s'ouvrir en grand a cause de la porte coulissante de la petite chambre .. bref qques soucis de conception et d'entretien.Mais le studio est bien situé et bien habitable pour un couple.
