Im Apartment waren noch vergammelte Essensvorräte der Vorgänger die wir Netterweise entsorgten. Es gibt nur Samstags Zugang zu den Mülltonnen. Bei Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir bei Abreise kehren und PUTZEN SOLLEN. Was wirvauch getan haben. Nach Abreise wurden uns Frecherweise vom Concierge Bilder geschickt das wir die Schränke , toilette u.s.w nicht gereinigt haben. Also die Wohnung muss bei Abreise KOMPLETT gereinigt werden- was in Ordnung wäre wenn es im Inserat stehen würde. Dann hätte ich mir das mit der Buchng überlegt. Im Urlaub genieße ich es nicht putzen zu müssen. Die Vermieterin wollte es uns das dann noch extra in rechnung stellen!!! Es gibt KEIN WLAN in der Anlage. Die Wohnung hat keinen Backofen, nur einen 2 Platten Herd. Die Wohnung wurde für 4 personen vermietet. Dafür ist die definitiv zu klein. Was auch nicht in der Anzeige steht- keine qm angabe. Höchstens für 2 Personen. Die Lage Allerdings ist sehr gut. Nur 5 minuten zu fuß zum Strand. Und die Anlage hat einen gepflegten Pool mit Bademeister. Alles in allem- schöne Lage- die Wohnung sieht sehr neu renovert aus- bis auf den Wasserschaden an der Decke- aber Vermietung eher schlecht.

Il s'agit de règles de bon sens, vous n'êtes pas en hôtel. A l'arrivée, vous trouvez l'appartement propre, vous le rendez propre. Vous n'avez fait aucun nettoyage, il y avait du sable partout dans l'appartement, dans la douche et même dans tous les lits!! Il y avait également de l'urine partout dans les toilettes. Vous êtes des gens sales et irrespectueux. J'ai dû faire intervenir une agence de nettoyage en urgence pour remettre l'appartement au propre !!!
