COZY, GARDEN, FACING THE SEA AND FEET IN THE SAND

57AVENUE - This is a single storey apartment of 90 m2 and a private garden/terrace of 107 m2 in a luxury very modern complex located on the seafront. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Linen - sheets and towels - is included in the rental price.

The apartment has been designed to favor easy circulation and conviviality.
The space is generous, organized around a fully equipped kitchen, which distributes to the living room and the wooden terrace. You will find a large shaded round table, garden furniture with a parasol and of course a barbecue.

By the sea, the inside-outside relationship is essential.

Beach equipment (deckchairs, parasols, beach toys, outdoor shower) is at your disposal.

Separated by a small reading room, the night side: 3 bedrooms. The bedding in 160 for 1 of them 140 for the others. Nearby, 2 bathrooms (including a smaller one) in waxed concrete, one of which has a walk-in shower.

*** Narbonne Plage in a nutshell ***

Narbonne Plage is a small family resort, on one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage on the other the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the huge sandy beach and the sea and our apartment.

Here you don't need to take the car. Everything you need is nearby: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor's office, cinema, restaurants, etc...

The fine sandy beach is 5 kilometers long and 150 m wide. It is bordered by a 2.5 km pedestrian promenade... Large spaces for activities in complete freedom and in complete safety. Whether by bike, on foot, on rollerblades, alone, with family or friends, the seafront promenade offers an idyllic setting.

In summer, in the center of Narbonne Plage there are many festivities. Thanks to the location of the apartment, you are not bothered by these activities, while being close enough to walk there (600 meters) and participate in them.

Narbonne Plage is also a cinema, tennis courts and a swimming pool with a 25m pool: free swimming and various activities are offered there (aquagym, swimming lessons, aqua bike...) - open 7 days a week in summer and 6 days a week out of season.

“Axe Littoral” cycle paths: one that runs along the road and the sea. Its route passes along the waterfront promenade of Narbonne-plage to reach Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. The other one link Narbonne Plage with Gruissan.

Very chilled, well equipped & great location

This ground floor apartment (we didn’t realise it was from the advert) is located in a quiet area a few hundred metres up from the town centre. Huge beach with minimal tide. The apartment has everything you might need, great outdoor space and is immediately across the quiet road from the beach. The immediate area gets busier in the Summer holidays but the rest of the time it is quiet, with loads of parking and is very relaxing. We will stay again for sure.

Great 1-week stay at Narbonne-Plage

Our family (2 adults + 3 kids between 4 to 9) enjoyed Kasias property with direct view to the beach very much. It is a great location, very clean, neat and arranged with charme. Especially the linens were very beautiful :-). The direct access to the beach just by crossing the street was perfect with and for our kids. There was no problem to return for lunch, a break or just to grab something. No need to pack a car or similar. Questions were answered immediatly by Kasia. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you and hope to see you again in the future.

Perfect spot for our vacation

The apartment is perfectly situated just in front of the clean wide beach. The rooms are well equipt with everything you need, including comfy beds, modern beamer, complete kitchen and washing machine. One bathroom is a little small, but it works proper. One sleeping room has a window only to the living room but with blinds for privacy. Melanie the housekeeper did a very good job handing over and explaining everything. She immediately answered once we had a question. There are a lot of free parking places along the promenade. The day guests of the beach normaly started leaving around 5pm. It wasn't a problem for us to get a place in front the entrance after coming home from our side trips. We spent a very relaxing holiday with three teenagers at this apartment and can highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Narbonne Plage. La douche à l'extérieur est très pratique pour laver les enfants après une sortie à la plage (littéralement en face de la maison !). Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte !

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Mittelmeer

Wir haben unsere Woche direkt am Meer genossen. Nur eine Straße und der kostenlose Parkplatz trennt die Wohnung vom super Sandstrand. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Spiele für den Strand. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar relativ klein, aber völlig ausreichend - wir haben auch unser Babybett untergebracht. Auch den Grill und die Terrasse haben wir genutzt. In Summe eine schöne Wohnung.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, ganz toll nah am Stand

Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung, die alles hat, um sich sofort wohlfühlen. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und es waren schon sehr viele Gewürze und alles, was man sonst so braucht, enthalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist nicht alles ganz neu (Bäder). Die Lage ist unbezahlbar, man geht barfuß über die Straße direkt an den Strand. Ein perfekter Urlaub in der Vorsaison. Melanie hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und auf Nachfragen superschnell geantwortet. Perfekte Organisation.

Narbonne Plage im Spätherbst ist fast ausgestorben, was einen gewissen Charme ausströmt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, funktional, grosszügig, qualitativ gut ausgestattet, mit einem schönen Umschwung. Der Blick auf das Meer ist auch sehr beruhigend, vor allem in dieser Jahreszeit, wo kein Verkehr auf der Strasse vor dem Haus herrscht. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Übergabe und Abgabe, Kommunikation vor Antritt des Urlaubs, alles war perfekt. Einzig kleines Manko ist das eine Schlafzimmer, das kleinste, das leider kein Aussenfenster hat, nur eines ins Wohnzimmer. Für Kinder wohl kein Problem, für eine erwachsene Person schon eher. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder mieten, und kann sie nur weiter empfehlen. Ein sehr schönes Haus, nahe der Restaurants und Geschäften.

Sehr schöne s Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbare Lage.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub direkt am Meer. Die große überschattete Veranda haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber gut ausgestattet und wir haben schöne Gerichte zusammen gekocht. Der Kühlschrank ist wirklich sehr kühl. Fussläufig gibt es frisches Brot und Pain au chocolate, sowie Allerlei, was man kurz kaufen möchte. Unweit ist täglich Markt mit frischen Obst und Gemüse aus der Region. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Melanie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch der Checkout war absolut unproblematisch.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes familienfreundliches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und verfügt über ein großes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und eine sehr schöne schattige Terrasse. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Die Betten sehr gut und bequem. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber gut ausstaffiert. Der Kühlschrank verdient seinen Namen. Zusätzlich gibt es sogar noch einen Gefrierschrank. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer mit wunderschönen Sandstrand ist wirklich nur einmal über die wenig befahrene Strandpromenade zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist dank ihrer Lage direkt am Strand nahezu perfekt. Der Check in wird von Melanie begleitet. Sie ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ruft schon vor Anreise an und klärt alles und fragt, was benötigt wird. Sie ist klasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt Sachen für den Strand. Man braucht nix mitzunehmen hierfür. Der Blick aufs Meer ist großartig. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war die kleine Küche. Ansonsten alles top!
