These units are individually owned and the decor varies from unit to unit. Unit #15 is on the ground level of the North building and sleeps 6. This unit was updated within the last 6 years. The bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 full size day bed. The unit has 1 full bath off of the bedroom with a tub/shower and a second 3/4 bath off of the living room with a shower. the unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 and living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The unit also has private WIFI. Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.
We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.

We had no problems with any aspect of our stay I think the decor is quite dated so not sure how much a younger person would enjoy the place For us, being senior citizens, it was just fine. We had everything we needed.
