Very charming new 37 m2 ground floor flat fully equipped located just a few minutes from the Parc des Expositions. This tastefully decorated flat will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life. Warm and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay as a couple or with friends.

This 2 room flat includes:
- 1 double sofa bed
- 1 coffee table
- TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
