About this property

This first floor flat with lift is located in the centre of Paris in the 8th arrondissement. You will be a few meters from the Gare Saint Lazare, the Printemps and the Galeries Lafayette, where you can shop in the most famous Parisian shops. The flat is 700m walk from the Place de l'Opéra and 650m from the Place de la Madeleine, 850m from the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees.

My 104m2 flat is new and fully equipped. You will appreciate its brightness, the quietness of the place, its comfort and its chic atmosphere.
My flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It is wonderfully located in the heart of the Haussmann Saint-Lazare district, next to the famous Printemps and Galeries Lafayette department stores.
The flat includes :
- Living room with 2 convertible sofas, with dining area, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 2 bedrooms with queen size bed (160cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a double sofa bed
- 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Paris Trip

Great property, 3 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets. Location was great, plenty of places to eat or grab a croissant. A block from the Gar St. Lazare train station and the metro. We really enjoyed our stay there.
