The Urban Flat in Paris team is happy to welcome you in this beautiful 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris.



We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



Our apartment has a capacity for 15 people.

It has 2 bathrooms .



In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.





Very bright, with its beautiful exposed beams that give him a classic Parisian touch, it has been completely renovated et designed in a sleek and contemporary style .



Its magnificent wooden floor perfectly match the elegant furnitures and create a very cozy and warm atmosphere, to make an intimate break in the middle of the bustling capital city, with its infinite number of things to do.



The location of our apartment is ideal because it is situated between the Louvre and the George Pompidou center. It is also very close to the Musee Picasso.



This district is especially famous for one of its streets: rue Montorgueil. Greengrocers, cafés, restaurants and grocers all give life to this quaint pedestrians-only street, not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it.

Do Not Rent From Urban Flats in Paris

We didn't even get the opportunity to stay at this location, because 3 days before we left for our vacation, they informed me that the apartment we rented would not be available due to a plumbing issue. They offered to have us split our family into 2 different apartments that were not in the same building. After arriving after dark, looking at both apartments, we did not feel it was safe to have our daughters stay separately from us. So we decided to squish into one of the apartments. After looking up the listing for the apartment we stayed in, there was a 1500 difference from the original apartment we booked. I asked that they reimburse us 1000 and they agreed. This was 4 weeks ago and they have still not reimbursed us. I keep emailing them and they promise that they're going to do it and then it doesn't happen. They have several listings, and I warn you to not rent from them.
