AMAZING HOST!

Everything was exactly as they said. We needed to extend our days because we became very ill and they accommodated us. They brought us water, coffee and fruits. They showed concern for us out of towners, which was very nice. These people are not only excellent hosts but they're excellent people.. we would stay there again.

Quietly Away Yet Still Close Enough

We wanted to spend time in Las Vegas, but we're not into the party scene, so this quiet home was perfect for us and our blind dog to have fun, but still relax. The little unit was lovely and completelyprivate.

Clean and Easy rental

Overall, we had no issues with our stay. The studio was clean and charming once inside. Location was not as close as we had in mind for our needs, but still fine. House on a busy street in an older neighborhood-but for an easy in and out stay, I would recommend.

A great place to stay for reasonable rate.

The host was quick to communicate and the property was just as explained. I feel a little silly for missing the Wi-Fi information that was clearly posted on the wall, and I appreciate the drinks in the fridge that we're waiting for me. Thanks for a great stay. Maybe I'll see you next year.

Top-notch hospitality, excellent location, clean and modern place to stay!Whether your main interest is gambling, business, or going to some event etc, this is a perfect location to stay for any occasion!I stayed here to go to the event that took place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and it was about 20 minutes drive.Las Vegas strip is about 20 minutes or less, and there are all types of grocery stores, restaurants and other shops within 5-15 minutes drive, which is extremely convenient!The place was very clean and I loved the modern design. Bathroom and living room were spacious. They offer everything that you need in a kitchen - plates, cups, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, electronic stovetop and a big sink.I felt very comfortable staying at the place.More than anything, the owner of this place went out of their ways to make sure that I was comfortable staying there.When there was a power outage one day due to the city’s problem, they offered me to utilize a free standing fan while I could not run the A/C (fortunately I didn’t need it because I was out at the event pretty much all day though.)Also, I accidentally left my favorite shirt at the place and the owner kindly shipped it back to my house!!!!!!Their hospitality and kindness really touched me and I couldn’t be thank them enough. I would highly recommend this place for anyone at anytime and I will definitely be staying there when I go back to Vegas!

Quick Zip through Vegas

Property was accurate to listing, very clean and exactly what we needed for an overnight in Vegas. The only discomfort was a dog on the main property or next door that barked at 6AM. Overall a good, simple place to stay that covers all basic needs 👍

We had a great stay at this small property. They had more amenities than listed. It was clean and had what we wanted. Not luxury, but adequate. Would recommend it.

Angela has gone the extra mile to ensure that guests have exceedingly clean and comfortable accommodations. Her frequent messages were very welcome and helpful. For 1-2 budget-conscious people this is an excellent first choice.

Vegas get away!

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was so easy to find. It was prefect for me and my mom as well as our two dogs. Had a gate that closed so our dogs were able to run in the little area. The host was so kind and always got back to my messages. Nice to be off the strip and hustle and bustle but it was so close to the free way so made it easy to get around! When we come back we would for sure stay there again!

The property had a private entrance, which was nice I would describe the rooms as spartan the beds were very low and the kitchen was minimalist. Everything seem to be built to a scale that was much smaller than I was and I’m 6 feet. There was plenty of hot water and the place is very clean. The very small kitchen area could use a fresh coat of paint. Two people stay in here would be a crowd, and four would be impossible.

Affordable and Convenient

Everything was good! The area and unit were quiet and clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooking plate. There were basic dishes and flatware. A Keurig which worked great for morning coffee. Communication with the owner was flawless. The private entrance was nice with motion sensor lighting to help at night. Location was close to many stores.

Adequate but nothing special

The property is small and without laundering ability, a big negative. "Kitchen" is small with very little counter space. Beds are too low, though comfortable. Fluorescent lighting throughout which is extremely distasteful. Also I smelled cigarette smoke the entire 4 days I was there, which was too much for me. It was clean and bathroom is not too small for such a small unit. However, I shall not be staying there again.

Great spot

Angela’s place is very nice and clean. It was an easy drive into the city and we liked being away from the hustle and bustle each night since we had our dogs. Love that there is parking on site. The room, bathroom and closet are huge, but the shower and kitchen are very small. We are not very big or tall people but both of us felt very cramped in the shower. If you’re a bigger person, just something to keep in mind. Overall a great stay.

Barebones but great

Its a very good place. Spacious center room, refreshments in the fridge when i arrived, great ac, a heater option in the bathroom, its a great place to stay and highly recommend this place. However there are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. One being that it only has basic kitchen needs excluding an oven and isnt very large. Meanwhile the shower head was fixed to a pipe and hangs over head at a very low height. Low enough for me to shower under (im 5'10") but there are a few

Delivers comfort and overnight needs for my short stay

Sweet little place - easy to park and enter - super clean, comfortable and covered all my needs for an overnight. Super comfy beds...just wish they'd used a slightly less crunchy mattress protector - I think it was made of plastic so it made me really hot and sweaty - so much so that in the night I had to pull up the sheet and roll the mattress protector away from the mattress and retuck in the bottom sheet - that did the trick - then I slept like a baby. This is just a kind note to the owners to think about changing that out. Otherwise this is a darling little casita.

My daughter and I stayed there while in town for a softball tournament. The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had plenty of amenities close by, and was priced great. The only issue I found was the height of the shower head, but being well over 6' tall, that's a problem I have just about everywhere. It's definitely not something that would keep me from staying here again. The host may be the best communicating host I've had so far too.
