The home is very large and roomy. It is nestled in a wooded area and close to the attractions of Bailey's harbor. The house is in need of a deep clean, with one room having a musty smell. The kitchen is very well equipped and the property grounds felt warm and inviting. I would recommend this place for large groups and families. It would be nice to have more than two bathrooms with a home this size. Overall I would give an 8 out of 10 rating. Kate was very easy to communicate with in our booking process.

Moonlight cabin review

The house and communication with Kate was excellent. The home in located in the woods and gives a lot of privacy. The surrounding property has room for multiple cars and kids to play. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the mattresses in two rooms were very soft and need to be replaced. I left my fitbit in the bathroom drawer and Kate kindly mailed it back to me.

Great deck, yard and firepit!

We loved the firepit, deck and yard. The accommodations inside while not a deal breaker were not up to normal VRBO standards. No shampoo or showering soap in the bathrooms. Limited silverware etc. Location is great.
