Spend your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful and well-maintained wooden vacation home that is bright and modern.



The cottage is located in an attractive setting in Melsted, not far from the beautiful rocky coast and a small marina. There you can watch the fishing boats dock and see if the fishermen have made a good catch. Enjoy nature in the beautiful garden of the house and on the nice big terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Spend pleasant summer evenings here or start the day with a delicious breakfast here. Be enchanted by the beautiful sea view from the living room.

Das Haus war so schön wie erwartet sauber, hell, gemütlich, ruhig, mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Ein schönes Zuhause für den Urlaub

Trotz winterlicher Temperaturen war es gut zu heizen und gemütlich. Die Nähe zum Meer und Ort haben uns gut gefallen. Auch hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gibt es keine Einschränkung. Besonders der kleine und sonnige Wintergarten hat uns gut gefallen. Für die Regelung der Badezimmerheizung hätten wir uns eine Beschreibung gewünscht. Das dafür notwendige Heft haben wir erst spät gefunden und es muss klar sein, dass Fußbodenheizung langsam reagiert. Das Handwaschbecken ist klein und für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern nicht so praktisch.dafür sind Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine eine Bereicherung.Wir werden gern wiederkommen .

Super gemütlich und kuschelig!

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus; alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Man sieht, dass sich der Vermieter sehr viel Mühe gibt und auch viel investiert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alle technischen Geräte sind neu und von guten Herstellern. Man sieht das Meer aus dem Wohnzimmer. Absolute Traumlage für Bornholm-Urlauber. Unseren Kindern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen!

Ein Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig war. Durch den Vermieter gab es eine Einweisung und eine Notrufnummer. Leider war der DVD-Player im Haus kaputt und es hätte sauberer sein können. Es gab einige Dreckecken. Das Örtchen Gudjem sollte man unbedingt besuchen und dazu den Weg über die Klippen nutzen.
