Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Annecy's Old Town, just a 2-minute walk from the lake. Just step outside the historic building to admire the Vieilles Prisons, enjoy the many quaint restaurants and boutiques, and take in the historic charms and activities for which this magnificent town is famous. Although located on the fourth and top floor without an elevator, our bright duplex is a unique and authentic place to enjoy your stay.

The accommodation
The 3-star-rated apartment exudes the charm of traditional architecture, with its exposed beams and windows offering breathtaking views over the cobbled streets of the Old Town, the Thiou River and the Château.

Whether you're on your own or up to 6 people, you'll appreciate our bright, newly renovated accommodation, equipped for your comfort. The main living area features a cosy living room with a large, comfortable sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals with ease, and a large table where you can share your meals in a convivial atmosphere.

There are also 3 independent bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The first has a queen-size bed (160x200), the second has 2 single beds (90x200), and the third, upstairs and under the roof, has another queen-size bed. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The well-appointed bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and all the essential toiletries for your comfort. The toilet is separate.

Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor, without an elevator, and therefore offers an unobstructed panoramic view.
