This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

What a fantastic property! We were so surprised when we got to this accommodation, its perfectly situated in walking distance for everything that you would want or need in Annecy. The bedrooms were perfect and the social spaces were fab too. The host was so lovely and helpful too.
