Location, location, location. Your view is the Palace de I’lle! Walking distance to other amenities like the lake. Excellent restaurants just outside the front door. Parking is 10 minutes away.

GREAT LOCATION & PARKING!

This cool, quirky apartment in the oldest part of Ancey was everything I’d hoped it would be. Our host was very friendly and helpful, too. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome location in Annecy

Perfect location in the centre. You in the hum of activity, so it will not be super quiet. City vibe and activity, wonderful top 3rd floor with fantastic views, you can not beat. Photos-reflect a charming old world renovated apartment, photos are truly amazing. Reality is a almost there, few cobwebs and not as pristine as the photos, still lovely. Entry foyer and stairs are reflective of the apartment, rush through to get into apartment and all is good. Needs a touch of maintenance, downstairs bathroom basins had no hot water. Upstairs shower, has a very small lip and a slow drain, so one could run the water for 50 seconds before turning off the water for drain to do its thing. Really nice apartment and location….so so close to being a 5 star reflective of the photos.
