Single-storey house built in 2023, fully equipped and about 200 metres from the beach of Porsliogan and the coastal paths of the GR34.<br>Please note that the site does not recognise the proximity of Porsliogan beach located less than 300 metres from the rental, Porsliogan beach is a family beach labelled "Blue Flag"<br>House type T3 of 70m2:<br>At the entrance, an airlock, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer.<br>Access to the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room of 35m2 with two accesses to the terrace through large bay windows, facing South-South-West.<br>The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa and an armchair, a sideboard, a wood stove (use only in winter...), a 108 cm TV.<br>A 4-seater dining table.<br>A bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be joined together if necessary, a dressing room.<br>A second bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a dressing room and direct access to the south-facing terrace.<br>A bathroom with shower, furniture and a sink, a skylight.<br>A separate toilet.<br>Guests can enjoy garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs and two sun loungers.<br>Barbecue and parasol available.<br>Enclosed garden of 200m2, private parking for two vehicles.<br>Fine sandy beach 200m away, blue flag for water quality, spots and surf school nearby.<br>The village centre is located about 20 minutes away via the GR34 coastal paths.<br>The port of Le Conquet is the starting point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène.<br>The famous Pointe de Saint Mathieu about 25 minutes away is in operation.<br>Possibility to meet seals and dolphins, sedentary in our country of Iroise.<br>We will greet you personally on the day of your arrival and will also be present when you leave.<br>We accept the presence of a small pet after exchange with our hosts.<br>Rates can be consulted via the website, accommodation labelled 3 stars by the Finistère tourist office, tourist tax of 1.27&#8364; per day and per adult person (levied by the site).<br>A rental contract will be sent to you in order to validate your stay with us.
