Beautiful home in Montecorice SA

This beautiful, tastefully furnished and equipped vacation home, once a characteristic farmhouse, still has the charm of the traditional, Cilentan architecture. The hilly position of this country house guarantees, besides a beautiful view, also the necessary privacy for a perfect vacation. Here you can relax after a day at the beach and have your dinner outside on the covered terrace. A few kilometers from the house are the well-known, idyllic seaside resorts of Acciaroli and Santa Maria di Castellabate, which offer wonderful, free and equipped sandy beaches, a beautiful seafront and a variety of bars and good restaurants. Worth visiting also the ancient Castellabate, where the famous movie "Welcome to the South" was filmed and from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The last 200 meters of access road to the house are ascending, but passable without problems. The cottage IKC331 is located about 2 km away.

Very nice house but incompetent caretaker

The house and the location are beautiful. The caretaker, however, does not speak a single word of English or German and that lead to several misunderstandings, eventually resulting in the situation that we needed to leave the house in order to catch our flight home but the caretaker was nowhere to be seen, even though we clearly communicated the time when we have to leave. Eventually, he came driving after us, overtook us and collected 320 Euros for cleaning, towel service and energy costs, not without claiming that we left without informing him. We did not receive a receipt. He even wanted to charge money for 2 chairs which he claimed we broke, even though they were already broken and one of them even never used by us. All in all a very unpleasant situation and we almost missed our flight home. Therefore, we can only recommend this house to Italian speaking people.
