Part of it is covered on one side. This way, you’ll always find refreshing shade during the warm August days, yet you’ll never have to miss out on the fantastic ocean view. On the ocean side, the holiday home features large arched windows, so you can always enjoy the soothing expanse of the sea even from inside the house.<br><br>The ground floor of Casa Franca features a large living area. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with air conditioning. From the sofa area, you look directly out at the sea at your feet, and you also have access to the terrace from there. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with access to the ocean-view terrace—as well as a bathroom and a small storage room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor.<br><br>A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor, which features two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed; two single beds) and another bathroom. The bedroom with the double bed has its own rooftop terrace with a sea view and air conditioning.<br><br>You can use the air conditioning for an additional fee. An electric space heater is available during the slightly cooler months. You can park your car right next to the house below the terrace.<br><br>You can reach the beach at Marina di Pisciotta via a narrow footpath after just about 800 m. The town centre of Marina di Pisciotta, with a small supermarket, bars, and restaurants, is about 1.5 km away. The sheltered outdoor area with round arches provides pleasant shade on hot summer days. Large arched windows with French doors are set into the facade facing the sea, allowing you to let your gaze wander over the calming vastness of the blue waters even from inside the house.<br><br>The ground floor of Casa Franca features a large kitchen-dining-living room. An air conditioning unit is installed in the kitchen-dining area. From the living area, which features a cosy sofa for relaxing, you have a view of the sea stretching out before you, as well as access to the terrace. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with access to the sea-view terrace, a bathroom (bathtub with shower/toilet/bidet), and a small storage room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor.<br><br>A spiral staircase leads up to the ground floor, which features two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/toilet/bidet). The double bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto “its own” sea-view rooftop terrace.<br><br>Casa Franca also features: satellite TV, Wi-Fi (not suitable for remote work), a washing machine, an outdoor shower, and a grill.
